Many people do it. But, life is easier when your company name and domain name are one in the same.
yes it does in certain countries and no in others. for example, some asian countries governing body that registers the domain wont ask until a dispute occurs in which if does and the company with the registered name won, then the domain ownership will be given back to the company. but if for names like you’ve suggested, i think shouldn’t be a problem since i’ve seen many names as those:
